TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • PAYMENT TERMS

  • 100% Advance payment accepted only

  • payment can be done in Cheque in the name of "dbg tech solutions", NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, EMI (EMI powered by razorpay)

  • all online transactions are powered by Razorpay technologies private limited if any query regarding online payments can be contacted over there

  • Installation charges are charged separated

  • once the payment is done the products cannot be cancelled or returned if any damage or spill products found

  • DELIVERY TERMS

  • delivery of the products will be 3-4 Working days

  • in larger orders delivery time will be 7 - 8 Working Days

  • if package found tampered please contact the customer service support or mail at support@dbgtech.in

  • WARRANTY TERMS

  • each products consist of the warranty period of 1 year and smart locks for 2 years and more then that particular period the warranty is not liable to replace or repair for free after the invoice date issued

  • RETURN/EXCHANGE TERMS

  • the products can only be returned or exchange in the situation of damage good, improper internal damaged product

  • if damage found the team will inspect the product and if found internal damage and damage not done by mistake or intension then the return/exchange or refund process will be succeeded

  • there is a total number of 7 days return policy after 7 days you wont be able to return or refund the product

  • Product Policy

  • any short-circuit, fire, or any kind of unwanted destructive situation caused may or maybe of the products of dbgtech, DBGTECH is not liable to the situation caused or liable to pay any kind of compensation or can accept any legal actions.
